1. Service scope
Jaylink by JunleeBuild is non-custodial software that helps a supporter send 0.01 USDC from Base Pay or their own wallet directly to a creator’s verified wallet. Jaylink provides no card payment, fiat purchase, on/off-ramp, exchange, cash-out, custody, or money transmission.
2. Accounts and wallets
Creators sign in to Privy with an email code or Google, and Privy prepares a Base mainnet wallet. Supporters approve directly in Base Pay or a compatible wallet. Never enter or send Jaylink a private key, seed phrase, or recovery code.
3. Public information and links
Creators must enter accurate activity names, intros, and public-link content without infringing others’ rights. The login email verified by Privy is not displayed on the public page.
4. Real USDC and records
An approved transfer is recorded on Base’s public ledger and is generally irreversible. Verify the address, network, and amount before approval. Jaylink status or payment references do not replace a tax invoice, receipt, or legal or tax advice.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use Jaylink for illegal content or fundraising, impersonation, sanctions evasion, security bypass, automated attacks, secret entry, fraud, or misleading activity.
6. Suspension and changes
The operator or creator may pause links for safety, maintenance, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. Pending or submitted payments remain subject to separate server verification and are never marked complete arbitrarily.
7. Responsibility
No guarantee is made for wallet providers, Base, browsers, external services, or a user’s mistaken approval. Liability and user rights that cannot be limited by mandatory law are unaffected.
