Information handled may include a Privy login email, EVM wallet address, server-verified transaction hash, and connection IP or metadata. It is used only for OBS real-time alerts, support-state reconciliation, misuse prevention, and security audit; personal information is never sold to third parties.
1. Information handled
We may handle a Privy user identifier and verified login email; Base wallet address; creator-entered activity name, intro, and language; public-link data; payment references and transaction states checked by the server; and security or operator audit records.
2. Information not handled
Jaylink does not request or store private keys, seed phrases, recovery codes, card or bank details, or KYC documents. Jaylink does not require a supporter’s name or email for a Base Pay payment.
3. Purpose
Information is used to verify creator login, provide profiles and links, confirm Base mainnet USDC payment states, prevent duplicates and misuse, troubleshoot, and audit.
4. Public information
Activity name, intro, and link title appear publicly. Login email does not. Wallet addresses and onchain transfers are visible to anyone on Base’s public ledger.
5. Retention and deletion
Membership deletion anonymizes personal display data in the active profile and requests deletion of the Privy user connection. An unfinished deletion remains as an operator reconciliation job. Restricted migration or recovery backups may retain earlier profile personal information; ask the operator to remove personal information from those backups. Security or legally required audit records and public-ledger addresses or transfers cannot be deleted or reversed.
6. External processing
Privy may process authentication and wallet data, while Base Account, Base Pay, or a connected wallet may process payment approval under their own policies. Public addresses and transfers are recorded on Base mainnet. If OBS live alerts are enabled, Azure Web PubSub may process the OBS browser’s IP address and connection metadata to provide the connection. The alert body includes an anonymous label, fixed 0.01 USDC amount, public-link identifier, opaque eventId, and occurrence time; it excludes wallet addresses, TxHash, email, and order IDs. Jaylink sends nothing to card, on-ramp, or exchange providers.
7. Your requests
Use the dashboard to delete your membership, or ask to access or correct your profile, remove personal information from a recovery backup, or raise a privacy question at admin@junleebuild.com. Blockchain records are not deletable personal-profile data.
8. Management and changes
Operator: JunleeBuild. Retention, vendors, international transfers, safeguards, and user rights required by applicable law will be disclosed for the service location and operating model.
