You may request a full refund for each software subscription payment within 14 days of the payment date. Starting or using the digital service does not waive this 14-day right. More favorable statutory rights remain unaffected. Select the original payment in your customer account or contact junlee366701@gmail.com or 070-7938-6120 with information identifying the payment. Receipt of a request and completed reimbursement are confirmed separately. Fan-support transfer restrictions do not apply to software subscription refunds.

After card registration, we check payment approval and access. You can use Pro once those checks and your creator account link are complete.
